It doesn't if you change the narrative on me. 

I was responding to a pumper that suggested that Ucore will trading $25/share a year from now.....giving Ucore a valuation of $10 billion....if you can believe that. 

And to keep everything in proper perspective here, the US Gov't is only looking for a "pilot plant" at this point in time. If the US Gov't is going to move into a more advanced HREE project after the pilot plant, then the results coming out of the pilot project better be better than what MolyCorp provided some nine years ago!! :) 

P.S. I can't stand pumpers! :)
