Was it 50/50 ? I don't see that as any kind of problem, water soluble goes to beverages, the oils to edibles. They say it's a two step process in comparison to the EXISTING technologies 4 step process.

I looked at MH 's web site. They have or produce many craft beers maybe 9 or 12. That alone tells me the expertise is in house to bring to market a JV product and move it out to the public. I dont see a beer type beverage, a sparkling water type, flavored I'm guessing.

Now for sproutly, if the JV products are accepted in the market the demand for their APP
process should propel the SP many fold.
