Yesterday? Is this the same US Gov that allowed MolyCorp...the only US producer of REE's....to go bankrupt? And is this the same US Gov that allowed the remnants/assets of MolyCorp to be partially bought up by the Chinese? :) I'm scratching my head here, trying to figure out this new sense of urgency. :) The first 'rare earth' or 'critical elements' bill was first introduced to Congress about two years ago. And we're only at this 'proposal' stage right now? :)
