These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. RE:GentsThe WeWork deal with hbc and the side deal they did with baker reeks of conflicts. It's a prime example of lack of disclosure and with the failed ipo of WeWork they will be under intense pressure to get out of the lockup for the hbc shares they own asap.
