Thank you Sarge.   I don't mind people having opinions, but what I do take issue with is people who continually masquerade opinion as fact, or as a statement of total certainty.

 The posts of igstsr were (last year) and are now so self-certain that they leave no room for error.   Unfortunately the world  is not that simple, as all ALA shareholders found out late last year during the forced deleveraging and forced dividend cut.

All this talk about Dividend increases at a time when the company is still working on getting its credit upgraded is just fanciful dreaming by myopic pumpers.

Oh, I almost forgot, this is the same guy, igstar, who last year in Q3 proclaimed that ALA's stock at $24 was a super buying opportunity and would never hit that level again.    Well, he was right, the stock went due south from there and has not come near $24 since.....
