RE:RE:IS VFF ACMILATACUMILATING EMH SHARESAfter EMS (sciences) sold $5.5M of EMH shares at the end of Novemver EMS (Avtar) still owened just over 20% of EMH.  The new investor that bought $8M ($5.5M from EMS and $2.5M dierect from EMH) now owns a minimum of 9%. So just between those 2 investors that is almost 30%.  If the new investor is buying on the open market it would be hard for VFF to take control.
