Whether EMH rate difference with PSF is a bonus?

Whether EMH rate difference with PSF is a bonus?I was concerned whether PSF would be able to sell the entire product if EMH is not able to get even a single unit?
 
I got reply that PSF is selling their products in open market what EMH is not able to get as per their agreement and further, PSF would be able to sell the entire product in open market even EMH is not getting a single unit of that.
Conclusion:
1-PSF has the market for their products if something goes wrong with EMH. 

2-Until final solution, shareholders should consider the rate difference with EMH as bonus.
