RE:RE:Good news for Tilray = Good news for ENWAwarded: Thanks for pointing out this Tilray GMP issue in this post:
https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard?symbol=v.enw&postid=30444597

I didn’t see it prior to the CC and obviously no one else did or it surely would have been brought up in the Q&A segment.

I did a little digging and here is what I found out:

It’s what best can be described as a “royal f-up” oh so typical for industries in their infancy and I am not talking about ENW. ENW delivered what Tilray asked for and ENW was paid for it in full.

Those who follow Tilray or any other major cannabis company are aware of the growing pains the industry is going through. Regulatory uncertainty with rules and regulations changing every 5 minutes.

The bottom line ... ENW is perfectly capable of producing GMP compliant systems if asked to do so. Tilray did NOT ask for GMP compliant systems. While the egg is on Tilray’s face, it’s an issue affecting both parties and thus will be resolved. Tilray wants these expensive gismos to go to work and ENW wants to collect royalties.
