These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:The most likely pathDoesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that. Wish management take-over crew would just match the 11 bucks and lets get on with a Merry Christmas for shareholders who just want to escape this drama. Saying that, I am NOT against a higher bid.
