Btw, Taxol was almost not approved because of its toxicity. Using it like this could make it a lot more effective because you could use much higher dosages. Phase I will be very important.

I have wondered about this also. Docetaxel(used with carboplatin) is first line for Ovarian cancer. Doxorubicin is further down the line. But generally taxanes can be used by themselves. I would have like to have seen Thera use Taxol for ovarian cancer.
