RE:RE:Non-Recourse to Canada Courts

RE:RE:Non-Recourse to Canada CourtsCoffee:

Almost nobody goes to jail in Candyland for securities laws violations.   Check the historic record.

I call it Candyland as I am a veteran investor based in the U.S.    The SEC has teeth,  and prosecutes insider trading even if you offshore it,  if the computers find it.   This kind of manipulation of the corporate machinery and disclosure violations,  BOD4 would be already under formal SEC investigation and have about 10 shareholder suits already filed if they tried to pull the sh&T they have been getting away with,  in the U.S.

Canada  I call Candyland as the word is close,  and for the white collar criminals,  its a bit like stealing candy from a baby,  to offshore insider trading and get away with it,  AND  the securities laws violations like we have here.   There is just NO real prosecution efforts by the provincial securities cops and the TSX almost always falls on the side of the ISSUER.
The ISSUERS pay them!!    Butter their bread with listing fees and then the trading fees come after.
Core Gold IS the poster child for why Canada needs ONE federal regulator who has some teeth to go after rogues like this BOD4.    They have gone ROGUE.

The idea that Sedun or Reyes can make a public recommendation as a director to "DO NOTHING"   but privately,  pledge the shares they they have control or influence over,  to a lock-up,  and get away with it by saying "those shares over there,  those aren't my shares held directly,  those are shares held in a fund,  or trust,  or whatever the entity",  so those shares are  locked up.   {don't look at what I do,   just what I say publically),   its totally a farce.    The Vertex debt deal,  totally a quid pro quo steered by CORE BOD4 to Titan with the ammended terms.  As TAD rightly pointed out,  these CLOWNS could not even get the filings and the dates right!   It's a freaking CLOWN SHOW.

I have been battled tested in Canada many times in the past 11 years or so with these rogues.   Different BOD and different companies,   but same total disregard for the public shareholder with these inside deals.  Got nowhere with the BCSC or the Alberta or Ontario Securities Commissions.   NOwhere with the TSX.    Good luck if they barely even acknowledge you!

I would send it all,  the full file,  to the CSA as a poster child for the worst sort of excesses perpetrated on the public shareholders,  of any deal I have ever seen,    by these CLOWNS running CORE gold.   Of course they should have already been banned from being officers and directors of ANY public company for a 5 to 10 year period in Canada.   That is about the best you can do in Candyland.   Get a sanction.      Monetary fines by these Commissions are rarely even paid,  the perps even get to walk on paying the money!!

A private shareholder suit or derivitive action is the best and really only viable option and way to go.   Check my posts on CORE.   I said that long ago too.     Good work that Piggott and Co.  stopped them once in Court.     I am neither long nor short these shares.
I was long a very little bit a few months ago and took a small trading profit.     Hope you stop this special kind of bad behavior again.    Best wishes and Happy Holidays!
