I agree with some of what you are saying, but the Dhillions took VFF for apatsy and now that the cannabis market has commoditized as Micheal tried to tell everyone, why would VFF relinquish this death grip on EMH. I don't think they will and over the next 3 years EMH is under contract to take 25% of annual production and what they don't take VFF will dump cheap cannabis on the market and bill EMH for the difference, EMH will continue to default and lose almost all of there ownership in the JV.
