you are right about consultants- lots of good ones out there but their compensation has to be justified,and explained, as well.
my thought on a severance package (if any) is that the cost would eat up a good chunk of the sale price they just received for foothills assets. Do what you gotta do tho.
I work with so many people in the patch that see field level and local office staffing cut but seems upstairs stays the same.not a happy bunch.
maybe petrus doing a little morale boost for the troops,if you can call it that.
