PIPE's share price will be determined by how much they can grow production, how much dilution that production growth will cause, and what oil and gas prices do.
The bottom line, if you think the warrants are worth 4 cents, then the share price has to go to $3.40 just to break even.
$3.40 is possible by May 2021, but it would be a stretch based on what we know today.
