RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:background to the arrangement

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:background to the arrangementA very good breakdown. i admit I found the background hard to read ; I lost focus after the first paragraph which did not mention the search or strategic process that has led us to this point. I have read dozens of these in my life and never had this problem.
Instead we are told of exhaustive arm's length negiotations between the company and the purchaser. Welll, duh, especially in light of the offer.
Maybe the purpose of the first paragraph was to quell questioning/ opposition. Fourteen per cent is not the 66 2/3% required for the company to be purchased. Or even 50% plus one.
As to where to that leaves us , who knows? Investors may profit from Lantronix deal ; they may also profit if the deal fails to pass by purchasing more Intrinsyc at a reduced price.. House #9 - BMO does continue to buy at a discount to the offer ; they are not usual buyers of the company.. I woud think this was Lantronix or a related party except for the fact BMO started buying after the date of record if I remember right,  so ... Ensign Resources won the bidding for Trinidad Drillling in my opinion by , much to my shock, by buying shares in the open market.
I agree if the deal fails - short term pain. I  talked to Geprge Reznik twice in my involvement with the company - each time he has mentioned Tracy and his pride in what they have created . Would they  give up and leave?
For me , with the uncertainity, I took the win in my RSP . Hard to replace that money. I did wait until after the date of record passed. I will exercise my democratic option.
