Up until recently they have released a few holes at a time as I think most of us prefer but there are other forces at work here that require a different strategy.. the last few releases that were in fact very positive in the big picture did not go down so well with the market that often only reacts well to single holes of bonanza grade and width. I think I can safely and thankfully say that GBR has moved on from single hole pops.. we are now looking at defining a very large scale mining district with multiple high grade plus huge areas of mid to low grade disseminated near surface gold.. single juicy drill holes may excite but they are not the main attraction anymore.
The sharks are circling and I believe the company does not want to continue with a few holes at a time as it is very unlikely, as been seen already, to propel the stock price much higher.. where it should be!
So as much as we would like to hear more regular NRs informing us of progress it makes perfect sense to me that they want to present the big picture in one release that WILL move the price up to somewhere closer to where it should be.
Thus preventing those sharks from accumulating shares at the current large discount and preventing low ball godfather offers.
I think they know what they are doing.
