RE:RE:I spoke with IR departmentI wonder how S&P calculate debt and FFO. The 500 million might have been declared to S&P. But the 700 FFO estimate for 2019 strikes me as highly conservative and inappropriately inaccurate.  I think that 700 figure may have caused the sell off which is why I am eager to see their 2020 capital plan
