OUTLANDISH

OUTLANDISHDecember 17,2019
ASX Limited

My Dear Mr. Tom Randall,

Granted some of my allegations were a little 'tongue in cheek'.  But to me they do give me an explanation why you would choose to ignore what to most anyone would appear to be egregious, long term violations of securities laws in Australia.  And it is true that the first person I encountered at the ASIC was a Ms. Angela something, and it seemed too much of a coincidence that all Australian securities organizations have women with such lovely gentle names: Jessica, Angela, as their front people.

So you say many things you don't do, but what about things you do.

I could once again give you a great deal of evidence that TTM has engaged in presenting a great deal of false information ever since they began in business in 2006.  But I wont. Like you I see no further benefit in continuing our correspondence, and I suppose like you , I can say I have received not one bit of satisfaction from it.     I and others have presented that info to you over and over.  This is pretty much the first response from the ASX in ,um,  9 months I think it is.  So at least saying some 'outlandish' and 'ridiculous' things at least gets a response , and I can feel so happily affirmed.  But perhaps you 'Doth protest too much' ?  And after 9 months I have yet to hear from the ASIC, not even a nice letter of excuses.  Not holding my breath there.

But seriously , from what I understand it is your mandate to take seriously allegations that a company has issued false, misleading , etc. etc. etc. statements over a long period of time.  And used halting the trading of their shares over and over for their advantage.  Which you so easily allow.  And then to have many material events pointed out to you, that they have failed to report, and you simply ignore.  No I guess that isn't correct.  As you pointed out in each and every case you have contacted (I want to say your friends but wont) TTM about these violations and they said it is all ok.  And that is good enough for you.  For sure actual investigation is hard work,  and no doubt expensive and you certainly have no mandate from your bosses to spend any money on enforcement.

It seems, your word, ridiculous to me that you have no concern that they are manipulating their share price on your exchange.  That you have no concern for the credibility of your exchange in that way. Weird, possibly outlandish.

And sure poisoning children is another department.

Don't forget your mask when you go out!

Yours truly
