CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

I agree. From May 21 2019 NR "Any potential transaction or other opportunity will be evaluated by Kalytera’s Board of Directors. The Company does not intend to discuss developments with respect to the review process unless a transaction is approved, or further disclosure becomes appropriate."

Sounds like the board just needs to approve the term sheet. Hopefully they are meeting ASAP.
