Considering refusal to construct the road by the BF Govt, SMF has no reason tho delays the reopening of BONGOU Mine before year-end. Due to tax-loss selling, SMF is undervalued and I decided to buy a position this morning because there is no risk on the downside, but good reward on the upside.
