Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:BOTH GBR and BTU Halted...

RE:BOTH GBR and BTU Halted...

At first I thought this has to be a fluke of circumstance.. then I checked to see if they had any property directely next door to us and by jove they own property all around Dixie! mostly to the south but also east and north!
So maybe Chris has been talking to them and come up with a plan to merge which will no doubt assist in staving of any low ball godfather bids.
If this is the case it may not be so good for our stock price initially..
I was hoping for the big cahuna blob expansion.. but then who knows...?
Thoughts?

Both Halted at company's request, pending news.

Wonder if maybe GBR decided to acquire BTU?
