RE:RE:RE:MY PERSONAL OPINION !!!You missed one point, Fed.......replacing the incompetent leadership and board is needed as part of fixing the company, otherwise they will just screw it up again. Shareholders should frankly sue the board for lack of action when things could have been fixed!! Complete lack of governance over weak management.
