RE:RE:Why resume trading?

My understanding is that the vote was never held, it was supposed to be taken at the special AGM. Todate all people have none is fill out their proxy which will be counted when the vote is actually held. My guess is that it is trading now in order to establish a 1 cent value for a private placement that will guarentee a yes vote.
