The BOD4 is behaving exactly as expected. They have clearly followed the same path all along.

Their own sedar and news release reveals what they are doing. Tendering their shares and informing Titan as is written down by them and meanwhile holding back shareholders to wait wait wait....

As DJSTONE has very concisely pointed out our options and actions are very clear. 

Legalities are now the only option as well as reporting it all to media and political ministers both provincial and federal and of course making sure the regulators are also copied so that they realise we will be pushing with or without them.

And if without they are now very in very clear violations of what they are paid for and expected of them. 

As they say if not with us you are part of the chapter backing the BOD4 and CFO and the like and we will be making sure that politicians and media are fully aware that these regulators from OSC TMX BCSC are in fact part of this heist.

I am sure journalists and others will dig into this mess and questions will be asked of the regulators in a very public manner. if need be we will buy space on full pages for showing all Canadians that paid officials by the taxpayers are just twiddling their thumbs as Rome burns.

The ME-TOO movement now being set off are having legs. Investors want to invest and expect fair and transparent treatment and not have rules where the regulators are in fact condoning such thefts.

What have we learned from BRE-X when shareholders are still being conned and retired individulas and other investors will not rest till the regulators are forced to do their job.
