These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:RE:RE:RE:As investors, let's quantify thisGood points, I feel like Baker is heavily invested in this and it'll be hard for him to pull out such a bluff to test the Catalyst bid... I think the shenanigans have went on for long enough and it woud just be a shame for Baker to keep it up... He tried to bully us into submitting to 10.3$, we said no... Now either you walk away or you come back on your words and sweeten the price to something more fair.

Very hard to quantify however, but I think the most likely scenario is that Baker comes back with a better bid.
