ex President Bozize returns to CAR amid controversy

this is the man who Seleka overthrew and he fled into exile

now with elections 12 months away  he is back  and the pot is about to get stirred again

it has been decades that this nation has been in turmoil and this feels like it just might lead to
more chaos

so how does this bode well for Axmin  and  how does any other company decide to throw 10s of
millions of dollars at a project where there are so many questions and no answers,  so much
instability,

even if you got assurances from the present government they could mean nothing in a year

still the dots do not connect for me but holding on for dear life as I am at a break even point and hoping something good will come out but not very confident after all these months
