RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Dump Today Very Sorry Later!!!I agree with this 100% , after being burned in the past by this (many years ago) I have learned to always steer clear of any company doing a RS. In every case I've seen , the sp ends up back where it started but now the bag holders have 1/10th (or whatever the split) less shares. Don't fall for it

Companies that are generally in trouble to begin with ( cannot raise financing etc. ) will do a reverse split in order to have a tighter share structure which makes it a little easier to raise money.
Some companies that may have been going belly up without the reverse split because no one would even look at them when it came to trying to raise financing .... do actually end up surviving as they can then raise some financing money in order to stay afloat .... albeit most will end up with a lower share price than what their share price was when they did the reverse split.
When BE did the split to begin with ( a year ago whatever ) there were so many "ROOKIES" on the bullboard that were saying what a great thing it was . ( go back and look at the bullboard then ) !!!
It is amazing how clueless some of the bullboard rookies really are !!!! Do Reverse Splits Ever Work?
Although a reverse split is typically a bad sign, it isn’t necessarily the last call before a company goes under. Companies have been in trouble, performed a reverse stock split, and then rose back to success. Naturally, anyone who invested at that time, or who had invested before and didn’t sell, would see major profits from such a turnaround. The trick is to judge which companies performing such a split are likely to bounce back.

cuz if there is reverse split it will fall down further. check any stock out there who has gone through reverse split always tanked 99% of time.
