If they say the summer months are slow to get new clients I can't see what Thanksgiving and Christmas will bring for new clients. Yearly budgets are already done and in the new year things will pick back up.

That is my theory.

I can't disagree they are due and are flush wiith cash to have sales out there working the market as well. But I think due to the holidays and year end there won't be much anounced.

The consolidation continues.
