Back 6 months ago, I felt the lack of job postings didn't reflect well on a company ramping up. Today, they're are hiring across the board reflecting that ramp up. This is quite opposite of how many producers managed an over-scale and under production reality.

You can also note a previous VP from Tilray now working at Valens listed on slide deck.

Tilray is very obviously a close association.
