Clearly there is still money available to put together the trifecta that is Constellation/Canopy/Acreage and the shareprice seems to be firming up quite nicely. There are probably some serious bargains available in Oregon for pennies on the dollar.
We are going to see a serious downsizing of new greenrush hopefuls that are ill equipped to be in this business for lack of knowledge or financing and their spoils will go to the highest bidder.
To this point there is one that sticks out like a sore thumb. Golden Leaf Holdings
Presence in Oregon, Nevada, California and Washington (BMF..when out of state laws permit they can complete that buyout) As much as I love Bruce, he didnt innovate with the Acreage deal. The whole buyout when laws permit was originally introduced by Golden Leaf with BMF. They gave them cash up front for the rights and then a small nomial fee when laws permit.
Now..... If you look at JUJU joints...if some due dilligence is done...it is owned by Peter Saladino and his Washignton business partner. Canopy will be launching their vapes and JUJU is a huge part of that offering. So there must be a licensing deal there somewhere.
JUJU was originally bought by Golden Leaf and not sure what happened with that deal but I am sure it is still owned by Peter.
Conclusion: With that Acreage Oregon facility deal, Canopy JUJU affiliation/licensing with Peter Saladino aka BMF Washignton, I think Golden Leaf is a prime target for them.
