Barker Pacific will lose all its lawsuits against Sunninva, possibly lose its glasshouse. This is a bad guy without enough money to build the house to lease when cost overruns occured but intended to shift to the tenant who has been badly injured. A rare case in the world. Barker is going to lose everything unless he backs off and remedies Sunniva for all the losses right now. 

Sunniva has not done anything wrong and Barker causes so much loss to its tenant. So evil minded!
