The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

RE:RE:RE:Spire MramMgt has taken all the write downs that would detract from the earliest profit . If this spin doctoring/ manipulation works , fine. Right now the market is in a wait and see. If this Corp turns a profit for two or more quarters and shows potential for more, we will be bought out.
