Settlement perspective

Settlement perspectiveA very good settlement for SNC as they will pay a small fine of 280M$ over a period of 5 years and the probation is only applied to the construction business (The one that they already stop doing lump sum deals). 

They also avoided the trial and being draged in the mud. 

Finaly, a culprit (Scapegoat) was found by the name of Bedawi.
