375,900oz ---> 698,600oz ?

375,900oz ---> 698,600oz ?
The plan for mining Goldboro had a Life of Mine ("LOM") of 8.8 years with gold production of 375,900oz

The released-today RESOURCE UPDATE PHASE 2 page 9 shows 698,600 M+I ounces, would seem to be a lot more ounces than were in the mining plan, so this new report would seem to cause us to rejoice.  Do these increased ounces fit into the present mining plan, or might this greatly expanded resource have some its ounces buried in areas outside the mining plan area?

Does anyone know enough about the plan, and how this new resource study interacts with it, to tell us if we should recognize it as a full increase from the plan number to the almost-twice resource number, or is it comparing apples and oranges?
