That's the XXII stock i had mentioned, all they do is low nicotine tobacco, even though the US isn't going to limit nicotine in cigarettes XXII is still going to push out their products. Big tobacco isn't going to do low nicotine cigarettes, if you google VLC's you'll read that a lot of companies tried these cigarettes hoping that the low nicotine would increase consumption, but VLC's failed and they stopped making them. Radient was only in the nicotine side of it if the US mandated nicotine levels.
