Thanks for the article, very interesting and likely well known by Baker and his crowd. It does compare apples to apples and confirms many on this board's conclusions that Baker low-balled the offer, on real-estate value alone. If he has any brains or balls, he would match catalysts offer at the very least, but preferably above it, and shareholders would likely give him a mandate.imo. Don't be the baker-Grinch but do the honorable thing and up the ante, shareholders see through you.
