RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Common vs Warrants.....tomchoco I've seen that same disclaimer attached to many small and med cap Canadian companies financial raises also with news releases restricted from release into Quebec and USA for the reason of their regulatory laws and also because of the added expense too much for a small cap. This isn't anything beyond that not just Roger but a few hundred Canadian small caps take that same path  ....  come on move to Canada  ...  eh!
