It is called buying and selling .
More people wanting in ... then they buy up and take out the offer and the share price goes higher as the offers get taken out.
More people wanting out then they sell down into the bids which of course causes the share price to drop as the bids get filled.
This is what the stock market is all about. It is generally known as "trading" stocks and is very common. There would be no market without it. And quite often people have "stop-losses" so as to have a computerized trade kick in if the stock drops down to their stop-loss price so as to only end up with a small loss or gain depending ... which is always better than having a big loss.
And this can then set off a domino effect because then the big volumes kicking in knock her price down even more quickly as the price hits others with their "stop-losses" at even lower prices.
Nothing unusual at all if you understand it. Jo1987 - (12/18/2019 4:34:48 PM) RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:massive trade at 10:15am
Huge volume today, 3.5 million shares traded. Again 50% on the ATS. This is manipulated af.
Penny stocks get manipulated up and then drift back down on their own. The next few quarters will tell us if this company can rise on it's own merits.
