The big loser

The big loserIf these offers fall apart and the stock keeps dropping , the BIG loser on paper is Baker . Unlike Jim Pattison , whom I very much respect , I believe Bakers major wealth is in his Bay shares . I hope he doesn't think that he can wait a year or two and put another low ball offer in . I will not accept anything less than $11.00 a share now or in the future . I must admit that am a little disappointed in the directors of the Bay . Real Estate , which the current CEO a year or so ago said was worth 28 dollars a share , isn't suddenly worth 30 % of that . Using Toronto as an example , It has been many years since real estate has dropped year over year , and 70 % is laughable . I suspect that New York City price stability is similar . Just ask Mr . Impeachable ( Trump ) what Real Estate is worth in New York . I wouldn't expect a negative response .
