Thanks Frankman, you've done a great job digging into te details. I didn't pay attention to that important clause about the 4-month hold period .

UCC won't have close to enough shares for a hostile takeover, but methinks maybe a friendly takeover or a merger is in the works? We shall see. Either way, this is positive news for GENE.
