yes i posted that would be a great location.. they have low cost heat hydro.. they are located next to property where bruce nuclear power is.. they get steam heat directly from them as well as power at next to nothing.. there are thousands of employes there at bruce nuclear.. all very well paid as well many towns with good populations all around there. Tens of thousands of people very close.. the closest mj store would be almost almost 2 hrs from there.. the location would fill a big hole in the.market for sales.. cheers
