I've read most of them court filings and there are over 60 serious allegations.
Shouldn't Scott wait until the lawsuits are settled before the merger?
We are talking about doctoring Certificate of Analysis (COA), money laundering, embezzelment, fraud among other serious allegations.
The onus is on every Ausa shareholder to make an informed decision.
If Folium's revenue doesn't justify a 700M valuation, I'm happy with voting against the merger amid these lawsuits.
Ausa right now is trading at it's book cost, which means there is very little downside risk.
But if the merger is a flop, we might potentially lose a lot more.
