why the different sp' s on otc vs cnsx?

why the different sp' s on otc vs cnsx?why Is it dixi.u closed at .185 but dxbrf closed at .20? are people buying from one exchange and selling on the other? I really need clarification. shouldnt th share price be the same seeing how its.the same.company with same trading currency used?
