The way that I see it, there are three very real elements that are highly probable within the first quarter 2020. When they come to light, we will see the impacts we are looking for:

1) Tinyi and Sirona move from term sheet to definitive agreement, which includes confirmation the CMO is ready to go.

2) Early new year, a double whammy corporation deal on TFC-039

3) Confirmation that product starts shipping out the door on Roden

These seem obvious, but all three should have a profound impact on the forward balance sheet.


You may as well quit trying to make predictions for SBM, as you have been wrong 100% of the time.

Just let them do their job, and quit making promises they can't keep.
