Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. RE:RE:Buyout value per share?

So many of these small companies have 10X the shares out that ONC has. For example a Billion dollar buyout with 300 million shares would be $3.33 a share where as ONC has 30 million shares which would be $33.33 a share. What value a buyout would be at is very difficult to estimate as it is totally driven by the percieved value that a large pharm believes pelareorep has.
