Thanks for the information Re4, really interesting update on what is going on in the Bond legal background.

My understanding (last few paragraphs if you don't want to read the full history) is that the hearing will now be put back from commence Jan 20th to commence late Feb 2020. Not great, but it looks like Nordic have upset the tribunal management which should favour Nemaska (human nature).... ;-)

I wonder if this is now going to delay the full proceedings of the new financing or whether the Pallinghurst deal can be agreed without the Bond interest litigation being finalised?
