RE:RE:RE:RE:Arrangement AgreementYeah,   just like Robert Quartermain won't be responsible next year when the gold grade dips at Brucejack because they mined all the easy access higher grade stopes in the past few years,  since he is/was scheduled to leave at year end 2019
