It seems strange that Faouzi became a major part of the Birdview company back in 2017 and now he keeps all of the ZMS technology and passes a little handful of some software company over to us. Is this a plan that was fashioned 2+ years ago?

I invested in Zecotek over 4 years ago because of the MRI technology and the display technology and now I end up with a two bit software outfit that has no history whatever. I guess they will tell us it's better than nothing but if Faouzi and his Chinese partners are running off with all the technology then there is likely something still there -- just no longer in our hands.
