The disgraced reporter is not a plantiff so it's irrelevant.

The lawsuit is before the courts and involves 3 senior officers of Folium including a former Vice President. What are the odds 3 senior officers made all these very serious false allegations?

So dismissing it right off the bat as zero credibility is not being prudent.

The lawsuit isn't based off of the Fake News, it's by the Vice President of Folium and 2 other senior officers.

I'm not saying they are guilty of all 60 charges but I'm definately not that naive to think there is nothing fishy going on.
