Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

So Laser...can we look at the 5 patients in Phase 2 and the 2 patients from Phase 1 (being patient #5 and #6) as comprising our statistically valid pool ? or are we going to need all 7 patients from Phase 2. I would assume that many will act (invest) on just the 7 (2+ 5) patients as it's statistically valid but we may need to have alll 7 ifrom Phase 2 for simple comparative purposes to Sesen's 7.
